First Class Service

Such an amazing company, took the surefit protection even though I was convinced there wouldn't be a problem. However, I totally messed up!
The company didn't quibble and the young woman who organized my new blind couldn't have been more helpful.
Will not hesitate to use this company for all future blinds.

Same as a lot of other reviews.
ordered pillow with promise of 2-3 day delivery at beginning of November.
Since then have heard nothing, have sent endless emails to their customer support department, who never reply!
there is no phone number available, so have resorted to starting a claim with Paypal to retrieve my money.
Have now received pillow. Miraculously as soon as PayPal threatened to refund me, I suddenly started to get updates informing me of the whereabouts of my order.

Fitted a beautiful roller shutter door today.
Ryan had been very helpful when I was deciding which door to choose when I originally contacted the company. His advice was spot on the door is perfect and both guys did a fantastic job of fitting it. Really professional, pleasant as well as very tidy workers. Very efficient from start to finish.
Door looks stunning.

Tricky extractor fan

Had a problem with extractor fan, Andrew came out first of all and was very honest about not knowing a huge amount about this unusual problem,however, tried and then ordered some new parts. Stuart arrived today with said parts and has repaired the extractor fan. Stuart was, professional, but friendly. Did a fabulous job and left everything neat and tidy.
A thoroughly good company, with excellent staff.
