No effective sales support
I ordered two lengths of cut cable - one black, one red. The ordering system changed the order to two lengths of black cable. I emailed immediately to try to correct the order, but still received two identical pieces of black cable.
The company failed by:
1) Changing the original web order
2) Not having any reasonable phone access (50 minute queue when I tried)
3) Not acting on my email correction to the order
4) Not sense-checking why anyone would order 2 lengths of the same cable ?!
