I have been using their service for some time now and I must say I am very disappointed with it.
They offer delivery at your address, and because of my schedule it’s more convenient to use it, however they just leave the orders outside in the view, and even though I specifically told them not to, they kept doing it until one of my order was gone...
I got back to them and explained the situation yet again, and their answer was "nobody was home, driver left them out and left, and I don’t understand why
you order if you are not home" very rude and totally unprofessional.
For me terrible experience with them in over 3y of use of their service. I have obviously change from now on to another supplier.
Choose carefully everyone!

Everything was fast and smooth. I’ve been using lunar both private and business and I can say it’s the easiest banking system I used so far. Great customer service, service minded people and knowledgeable.

just had a half h chat with Jakob about some misunderstandings in my bank balance and he did a great job to assist me with everything. Fast, made. it easy for me to understand and super friendly.
