The iPOSTAL1 mail interface is not the best. Trying to see the actual picture of the item takes time and is not easy to use, but works ok once I got used to it.

However, the support of Shawn and the staff has been excellent. Any time I had a concern, it was addressed quickly and professionally. I recommend these folks for anyone looking for a digital mail service. The crew made our service exemplary.

Tried multiple times. Scanning software automatically takes the picture, then cannot verify the result. Hours and hours of trying to scan the ID. Finally just gave up.

We bought Aloha almost 3 years ago. The actual software is decent, as long as you don't expect too much. However, the customer service we have experienced from NCR is REALLY horrific. How about waiting 2 weeks for a keyboard replacement and missing payroll? Yes, a keyboard. I could have just gone and bought one, but it's their system so I'm not allowed. Then there is the server that goes down and 6 days later still no replacement. We cannot batch credit cards, so our money has been tied up. We still have no idea when it will arrive, despite assurances that it's "on the way". We are DONE with NCR and say Aloha to Aloha. My advice is to avoid NCR and Aloha and get something that is actually up to date. We will be replacing our system shortly.
