It’s a convenient service for users but i do see a lot of confusion and frustration from store owners. The system for store owners can be slow and this causes multiple entries for the same mail items which leads to customer frustration. The store owners need better devices, better software and support. This would greatly improve the experience for store owners and customers. When there is an issue, the support staff is extremely helpful. My rep Gaurav was fast and fixed the issue for me.

My wife and I signed up for our move to France. They charged us the first month and $25.00 each to notarize. They sent us forms which we filled in had notarized and submitted. They told us we had the wrong form (the forms they gave us) and gave us new forms. Again they told us we had the wrong forms. We quit and asked for a refund. Out of $125.00 they offered to refund $10.00.

Our main issue was that we were told the 30-day cancellation window starts from the payment date even though the mailbox service itself doesn’t fully start until the required verification/activation forms are completed.
In our case, we didn’t activate the mailbox until about a month and a half after payment, so by the time we realized we needed to cancel, we were technically outside the refund window. That made the process difficult and required a lot of back and forth to resolve.
Taylor ultimately helped us get a refund, and I do appreciate that she stepped in and made it happen.
That said, I do think the policy could be improved. Starting the refund window before the service is actually active doesn’t feel customer-friendly. At minimum, offering prorated refunds would feel much more fair for a virtual service like this.

Ipostal1 is an excellent service and very affordable. It allows you to view the contents of your mail wherever you are in the world. It also discards it on your request. It has different services, such as a notary. The customer service is excellent and very supportive. I am impressed by all the services that IPostal1 delivers, which go beyond my expectations! Most of all, you can terminate it anytime with ease!!!

The Create Postcard function does not work well. I uploaded my sized correctly pic, but it doesn't show correctly on the online template. IPostal chat and contacting Docupost were both unsatisfying and unsuccessful in assisting with a resolution.

Though I'm now cancelling my service, it's for logistical reasons only. iPostal1 was a great service, and because of people like David who provide superb customer service it made it that much better!

ipostal is great. Prevents my packages from being delivered to the wrong address. I just didn’t know I had to pay $1 per package pick up. Maybe I missed it somewhere.

I had ongoing service issues with iPostal1 that were never adequately resolved. Mail scanning was often delayed and required multiple support tickets. On one occasion, the office was closed during business hours with no staff present. FedEx shipment requests took weeks to process, and a mail forwarding request was delayed by two weeks.
Overall, the service did not perform as advertised, and I ultimately requested a refund due to reliability issues.
