Easy to find through Hal Leonard. Solo piano transcription of Alfred Cortot is masterly but technically demanding. Very good value for money. Previously had Berceuse as first edition. That movement is also available as a re-mastered piano roll made by Alfred Cortot. Complete version of Alphonse Leduc is large size with fairly straightforward page turns (any page is available on IMSLP as it is now out of copyright).

Easy to follow on map from start up on Peterborough to destination in St Ives. Courier gave accurate time frame of delivery, with a slot of one hour. The second time I've used APC.

Despatched rapidly with efficient tracking. Instructions were clear. Local duty GP approved choice.

This delivery driver was given a full address and postal code. Instead of delivering the fragile package to the doorstep, he ignored the address and just sent it to the closest local UPS delivery store. The driver knew he had to require a signature from me. A similar fragile package from the same ironwork supplier had previously been sent by UPS by the correct procedure without any difficulty.

The product, originally advertised on amazon.co.uk in 2019, is no longer in stock at the moment - Geko-Rustic-Woven-Raffia-Stool.

There was no direct email explanation of why the status of the promised item was unfulfilled. Fortunately similar products are easy to find, either new or second hand, on ebay or in charity shops. PayPal rapidly arranged a refund.

Only after I posted on PayPal and later here on Trustpilot, did a customer representative directly contact me by phone from Wembley. That was very helpful and welcome. Even if a bit late, it showed that Novelty Gifts Galore was acting in good faith and that there was a genuine problem with the supplier (Geko).

The order was not fulfilled after 3 weeks. The automated customer service currently seems untrustworthy. The item was purchased via Paypal, which provides a UK contact number for Pasal purchase enquiries. Unless Pasal responds directly by email or telephone, I will probably cancel this order and request a refund.

This is is the standard music rest for the Roland GO:KEYS 61-note keyboard. It is light but robust and fits easily into the slot.

Vera and Jack were very helpful in updating my Shell broadband account, including upgrading fibre connection, with new Zyxel modem-router, and extra options of Anytime Plus calling plan & Voice Mail. Gives better quality broadband and cheaper calls/SMS messages over landline.

Update: smooth switch of routers. In email Shell advised using a scannable label to return old router. Was contacted by a less experienced customer rep, who so far has not supplied such a label. In the end, Post Office used & scanned return label that came in box of brand new Danish router.

Further update: receiving SMS on landline poss only in speech-mode not text-mode. Can't send SMS from landline: need another ISP like BT with "BT Text". Voicemail can produce stuttered/interrupted dial tone (IDT) on landline, so can't be used, even when connected to test socket. (Emergency calls like 101 or 111 OK.) Can be corrected by dialling 1571, then 3. There's easy-to-read info on IDT from BT online but so far not Shell.

Excellent and rapid delivery of a stylish gold and cream switch needed to replace defective switch for an Italian glass and bronze table lamp. It was originally purchased at Aix-en-Provence 20 years ago. Finding the identical switch seemed like a miracle.

Exactly what I needed for an elegant brass centre ring to secure an Italian-style glass standard lamp. Sturdy ad inexpensive.
