I was confident that putting $63 in a magnetic case for my husband will provide us with a quality durable product,however 7 months after purchase the case comes apart and is no longer usable.
After contacting them,they email me back saying their product warranty was only running for 1 month after purchase
One month only,it says a lot on what they think about their products
My advice don't waste your money and buy a $20 case,so you won't be disappointed

i ordered 2 "weed burner" and what i received had nothing comparable to what they advertised for, worse it was unusable and unsafe.
After negotiating with them they agreed to refund me 75% of my order,but I never received the money and they are now ignoring my emails.
I will not give up and I have already talked to my bank and we will start a transaction dispute next week.

Choice,Pricing,quality,easy to order,so far I cannot fault Zenni

So not only they messed up big time by sending my parcel to the wrong address but they don t want to tell me where it went or try to get it back, they ask me to contact the seller overseas so he could fill a claim, and they can refund him when i already pay for the good and seller not replying to my emails, but the cherry on the cake, the call me to say that if the seller doesn t reply, i should put a bad review on their website to see if it make a difference.

Malheureusement je n ai pas pu assister aux funerailles de mon père car j habite en Nouvelle Zelande,mais maman à pleuré en déballant la plaque et l a trouvée magnifique.
