When purchasing this product (shutters)…
When purchasing this product (shutters) at a very expensive price, I was informed by the sales person that if new windows were fitted within the guaranteed period, they would refit. Without this promise we would not have purchased these from them. 3 years and still within guaranteed period they deny this was ever a feature. People need to be aware of false promises made by this company.

The package was as descibed over the phone. The fitter was clean, polite and helpful and so far the support has been excellent.
One thing i was not aware of was if you upgraded the system your monthly subscription went up also. This should be made clear at pount of contact i feel.

The experience was mixed
The experience was mixed. The lady who came to explain the process and measure up initially was lovely.
The problems started with the original fitter not turning up and more frustratinly not informing us he was not coming. We later found he had gone on holiday.
After many telephone calls and conversations with customer services we agreed another fitting date and discount.
The actual replacement fitter was very nice, did an excellent job, cleared after himself and was very courteous.
We are very pleased with the end results and the shutters look amazing.
