Fingers crossed

Purchasing was easy & clear. Having tried several higher priced both named & store generic i found the price better than expected & I am hoping for better results than with previous products. To this end I selected a pack of three applicator @ a price i felt was reasonable for a trial run. I will keep you updated on the healing process once the product arrives & I start treatment. One concern was the immediate response to get me to purchase more & an attempt to take payment twice. Santander Fraud picked it up straight away & I only authorised one payment. This could have been a result of me selecting twice, finger trouble on my part but bears noting for future purchases. The payment page was quite confusing as it urged you to select a larger purchase. Santander Fraud are on the look out for any more demands on my account. Clinical results & delivery review to follow

Total lack of communication.

So, if you are the proud owner of a barge pole I urge you most sincerely not to touch this company with it ! Engineer first visited Feb 2nd, did what he did & said he needed a part that he didnt carry. Fair enough, no argument there. Attempted to call him, left messages,no response. Called 'go assist", we will check & call you back, didnt happen. This went on for a total of 8 calls over a two week period.Finally today(12th) I call 'go assist' yet again & after some insistence on my part got a call back to say that the engineer has got the part but isn't in my postcode for another week. Can't be bothered essentially. I requested another engineer but that would cause further delay as he would have to hand the part over or be out of pocket. If he had come & fitted the part as requested & not @ his convenience he wouldn't be out of pocket. In other words fulfilled the contract for which he is employed. At his convenience apparently & not the customers. We have got your money/ direct debit so hard luck seems to be the culture. A penalty apparently if I cancel. Disgraceful service. Don't make the same mistake I did & avoid at all costs. This is a service industry with no service.

Communication problems. Why don't they listen !

When I first contacted GoAssist all seemed pretty positive & I signed up for a full year of cover. I spoke to Adam on the Tuesday & explained my availability. The next two days or four days beyond that as I am a shift worker. So on thee Wednesday I get message from the engineer saying he will be attending Friday. I message a reply saying that I'm not available as I do t want him making a wasted trip. I again contacted GoAssist to explain & reschedule. No confirmation reply call. Yesterday I get a call from the engineer to tell me he is on his way. Frustrated I explained AGAIN & rescheduled for tomorrow Monday all of which I explained in the first instance. I have no idea yet how efficient the service engineer will be, he comes tomorrow. As for GoAssist, to paraphrase my favourite film " Cool Hand Luke", there seems to be a 'lack of communication" !

T-shirts that keep their shape.

I own possibly a dozen of these tee shirts. The weight of the material rate very favourably alongside those of " Fruit of the Loom".They wash well, keep their shape & most importantly in my view the neckline does get saggy & big keeping them looking good worn under a uniform shirt. As a Falklands veteran I particularly appreciated the 'conflict' memorial shirts. I have tried another 'forces site' but will always return to Lion Legion.
