Terrible Experience With Bounce Luggage Storage
We have made an online booking for one of the company's storage places in Paris and had one of the worst experiences ever. First of all, even though they accepted our booking immediately, and of course charged us, they sent a notification two days later that the language store no longer exists! We made another reservation in the nearby store, but conveniently the employee had absolutely no idea what Bounce was and what we were talking about. We have tried for the third time in the third shop and they have sent us a booking code which has not been recognized in two separate attempts which meant that we eventually had to give up and engage another luggage storage company.
The amount was supposed to be refunded since the service was not provided. Twenty days later they informed me that the amount had been reimbursed although my bank has never received it. Mika, the Online Support Agent, apart from the fact that he/she keeps sending generic replies, was not willing to help since the amount allegedly has been refunded and the case itself closed, AKA: they no longer give a damn! Furthermore, I had no luck convincing him to share the name of his supervisor because THE CASE HAS ALREADY BEEN HANDLED??!!!
To sum up: I have been left without the service, the amount has not been refunded, and their Online Support Representatives are, unfortunately, useless.
If you are smart, do not use their services.
