This organization is run by a bunch of scumbags with no regard for their customers.
I signed up for the service last year and quickly stopped using it as soon as I realized how bad it was. The trainers were often times contradicting each other and themselves and it was useless.
They then charged me another $120 recently and when I reached out for a refund they were horrible and still denied the refund even without proof I was using the service.
Terrible dog training and terrible customer service. I wish I had read the reviews before signing up because clearly everyone else feels the same way. The whole thing is a money grab.
