Not worth the hassle, go Missoma

Have a number of pieces from them, have had to replace bracelets over 4 times for breaking. Tried to get a ring replaced due to tarnishing, Monica Vinader lied about sending me an email/ consulting me on this exchange. The ring is now taking 3 months to be repaired. Monica Vinader refuse to provide proof that they even sent the email. Difficult to deal with, would recommend going elsewhere.

Problem with packaging. Bad customer service.

First time shopping with them, the order wasn't packaged correctly. Problem / contamination during shipping and the package had a weird liquid and foul smell. I contacted Missoma and despite me sending a photo that showed the package had a hole in - they accepted no responsibility and said the packaging was fine. Order number: 1151022A

Problem with packaging. Bad customer service/

First time shopping with them, the order wasn't packaged correctly. Problem / contamination during shipping and the package had a weird liquid and foul smell. I contacted Missoma and despite me sending a photo that showed the package had a hole in - they accepted no responsibility and said the packaging was fine. Order number: 1151022A

Update: This is the second time you have blamed Evri despite me providing proof that the box you sent had a hole in it. As I have stated, the issue is that I brought the damaged box into my home and had to the clean up whatever had got into the box and over the packaging.

Don't trust their seating

Bought tickets to Great Gatsby but were given seats with a restricted view. The seats meant we missed one of the biggest moments in the play.

When I got in touch with Today Tix they said that it wasn't their fault and there was nothing they could do.

Broke and lost it

Bracelet didn’t last, chain snapped and I lost it. Waste of over £100. Usually like their rings but won’t be shopping here again.

Awful service. Not worth the money.

Weight loss treatment extremely expensive compared to other online pharmacies.

“Care” service involves random coaches messaging you but it’s not clear there qualifications. The messages are more check ins about fitness and motivation. These coaches change close to every month, so it’s impossible to build any rapport or have them get to know you or your habits.

The few times I’ve needed medical advice, the team are slow to respond or don’t respond at all.

The customer service is lousy, the agents use scripts or ignore your points. I’ve been ignored a number of times and have had responses where agents have forgotten to remove the internal prompts such as “[Your Name]”.

Would recommend other online pharmacies.

Plants do not last.

This is now the fourth order I have made with Prickle and not the first time I have had issues. A number of my plants are facing issues again. The plants that are struggling are:

Lil' Lucky Bamboo – One stalk has gone yellow.
Watermelon Peperomia – Has been losing leaves and arrived with damaged leaves.
Lil' Golden Mosaic – Has not lasted at all.

All these plants are placed with and treated the same as there other plants that’s are fine.

Not worth it

Poor quality - I had to send it back as the ring faded and the gold came off (after a couple of months).

Initially they told me it would be quick and they would refund me the postage but then rescinded this until I pushed back.

It’s been about two weeks since I sent it back. I thought I would just be sent a new one.

I constantly find myself chasing them and receiving poor service. Hopefully they will message back more after seeing I left a one star review on Trust pilot.

I am sorry to see that you had had a negative experience. All our plated gold is covered with a thick layer of 14K gold. Gold plating does however wear over time and we did replace this for you at no charge as we offer a warranty on all products. We do recommend to follow care instructions on plated rings to prolong the plating on them. Solid gold is also a good option as it would never fade.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. A number of my emails are ignored, with replies clearly being AI generated.

I have ordered twice with John Lewis, both times I have had issues.

I was sent a broken necklace that was over £150. John Lewis have been ignoring emails and all over being terrible and unapologetic. They also make the returns process incredibly difficult and are refusing to send me a returns label.

UPDATE: You didn't reply to my issues in the slightest in that email

Would not recommend in an emergency

Quick to take money, but that's the only quick part. I paid the emergency plumber fee for a tap replacement, I had the new tap that needed to be replaced. I had to turn all water off due to a leak and just needed a plumber to install the new tap.

I was told the plumber would arrive between 8 and 9. After 9 I had to chase several times to find out that my plumber was no longer coming and a new one would be there by 9:45. I was told that if there any issues they would ring me and that someone should have told me of the delay.

At 9:45 I rang again only to be told that my plumber was over running on a job that would finish until about 14:00. Again I received an apology and that someone should have called me. When I told the operator Liam that I would maybe need to cancel as I needed to get to work, he was able to arrange a new plumber who would arrive in 30mins.

The plumber came at around 10:45. It was a really simple job (as I say, just putting on a tap I had waiting) and the plumber was great. He apologised for the delay even though it wasn't his fault.

Mouldy plant - no response

Not my first time ordering from them. Didn’t have the best experience last time but gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again.

Plant arrived mouldy with rotten fruit. This is not the first time it happened. Have emailed but received no response, they clearly don’t care about their customers.

Charge you £5+ for returns. Better off shopping with the brands.

First time ordering and really unimpressed. There really seems to be no incentive to order through Flannels rather than the brands themselves.

Delivery was expensive and once an order is placed you can not change it or cancel it. I order a £100 necklace, then wanted to add another one on - I was unable to cancel the original order (to only place delivery once). My fault I guess just not a great system as used to proper shops with more customer focused systems.

After receiving both orders, I went to return one - to see that I have to pay the postage and that they don't allow in-store returns.

Probably won't be ordering with them again.

Poor service - ill plants

This is the first time I’ve ordered with PRICKLE and I’m not too sure what to think. I love their variety but when my order didn’t arrive on time I emailed them and never got a reply.

What’s more a few of the items I ordered arrived in a less than perfect quality with breaks, sun spots, evidence of wilting and mildew. I emailed PRICKLE some photos and feedback but never received a response.
