I ordered 32GB, got only 8GB delivered. If I hadn't checked, I wouldn't have even noticed. Instead of sending me another laptop, I need to send it back and wait for replacement. Very bad experience.

Unfortunately we need to receive your laptop physically before we can return you a new device or a repaired device. Even if we just need to place or replace some components.
Normally, we would invite you to our factory where we would fix the issue while you enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee or tea. However, during lockdown our hands ar tied.
