Got exactly what I paid for. Delivered in good condition and works perfectly. Only issue was no feedback for expected delivery time after a week from purchase, but i got a quick response with assurance after i sent an email requesting info. Would definitely buy again from them.

I am a freelance software developer and needed a powefull dev machine for daily usage. So I bought two BTO laptops (one as backup) in 2019 for a very reasonable price. One machine is used almost daily as dev machine and the other very regularly by my son. So in 2023 on the backup I had to replace the keyboard after some keys stoped working but this is all after 4 years of intensive use. On my dev machine in 2024 a fan broken down and Bto replaced it and cleaned all the dust for free. So very very good quality compared to a Dell that I had before and very good service of BTO.
Only minor disadvantage I can find is dat the fans can be loud. But you can supress this with the software but the it will throthle the cpu. But at least you can cool. The Dell would always throttle with no posiblility to cool it.

- Customer service is literally socially incapable & irrelevant

- the people at bto can sell & tell a lot, but they don't even know proper customer care

- paid 200 euro for a repair of 1 stupid keyboard key, the repair took MORE THAN 3 MONTHS

- bto zijn een bende klootviolen, die geen wetgeving kennen, misleidende en incorrecte wetgeving voorleggen & ze hebben GEEN VERSTAND van klantenservice.

Needed a new laptop very quickly since I was only in The Netherlands for two days, and I ordered in the morning, could pick it up same day in the afternoon, built to order. Amazing.

The laptop had some hardware issues unfortunately. BTO-Helpdesk was very helpful. They pick up the phone in 10 seconds (no waiting, no annoying voice response system) and they answered email in a few hours. Try that with IBM or Dell...

We could not fix the hardware problem and I was forced to buy another laptop. The BTO-laptop I could return. No difficult questions, no problems, just ship it and money returned.

So the laptop did have some issues, but BTO as a company is very responsive. Unexpectedly good.

The help to get the right adapter was great!! Friendly and accommodating. Top service

Very good laptop

I ordered a laptop from BTO. It was delivered really fast and everything worked perfectly. Later on I had a simple issue with a cam but their customer service was quick and helpful. I deduced a star because I had asked for an additional receipt which clearly stated that the payment was done (the one I was given was the same receipt with an order with no payment statement), so that I could claim my expenses from the company I work for. This was refused because it was "illegal". I think they did not understand my request which made things a bit difficult.

De laptop is snel en keurig conform specificaties gemaakt. Prima service.

Laptop had motherboard issues quite early on, but these things can happen. I contacted them and was invited to the office the same day for repairs. Within 20 minutes friendly staff replaced the faulty components and now everything works well.

From the first contact by phone the support for choosing the right configuration was ideal. Once I got my desktop the cable work is beautiful and exactly as requested. Thank you BTO.

The only downside is the website which is not in English, hence by using Google translator the shopping car might get crazy.

I ordered 32GB, got only 8GB delivered. If I hadn't checked, I wouldn't have even noticed. Instead of sending me another laptop, I need to send it back and wait for replacement. Very bad experience.

Quick and professional support.

Hi, it's been two months now since I have my laptop. It's the HP Z-book refurbished. The laptop is good, it is in good a condition but in the last weeks it has been showing some defauts. Like for exemple, the NUMBER TWO (of the keyboard button) stopped working since 3 weeks ago and that's the reason I'm writing the number two all the time =) ;
The touchpad once stopped working but I figured it out by searching on the internet;
The keyboard stops depending of the buttons I press and only the touchpad stays working and by ''the buttons I press'' I mean things like ctrl C ctrl V;
Sometimes when I turn on the laptop some things appear on the screen that I don't understand what it is. Some kind of settings or error thing.
Anyways, I believe the biggest deal is the number two/@ button.

The repair of a power plug connection took two (!) months.

When the computer came back my Windows was messed up: the computer did not start anymore.

Moreover, the laptop gets overheated very fast, and the ventilator is extremely noisy. I raised that issue several times, but no action was taken.

The service process generates generous amounts of email in which they explain their internal problems ("We are on holiday". We would normally check this". "Your laptop is placed in the so-called 'repair rack'").

To their credit: I have a BTO i5 laptop which runs flawlessly (and without giving me the feeling I am standing right behind a jet engine) for over 6 years now, every day.

Amazing quality, amazing setup... It's been a few weeks and everything runs perfectly. Blown away by the build quality.
