I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab from them in May. Of course, I didn't receive it, so they promised me a refund. Well, it's been almost 4 months now, and they've been feeding me with promises. I feel so disgusted by this! I wonder how much money they stole from people in total and if it's possible to file a law suit against them or something.

Let's unite and file a lawsuit against them! It's been almost 2 years and I didn't receive any money back from them which they owe me.

Unfortunately, more than a year ago I had to cancel the flight I booked with Dream World Travel. The airline has returned the money almost immediately, so did the intermediary between the airline and Dream World Travel. But Dream World Travel have been feeding me with the promises to prioritize my refund for more than a year now. I waited long enough before writing this review, but have no option now. And their only explanation to me is that they have a backlog. So they have my money, but cannot send it because of backlog. I would understand a couple of days of delay, but a year??? Looks like they just don't want to send it. Refund number: 18389.
