The “gentleman” at the Bureau de Change at Pisa airport is a robber. He also managed to wipe all my digital paperwork to conceal his 20% commission plus e6.50 handling fee. A e169 tax refund became a £100 under the counter with no papertrail. At no point did he explain what he was doing. Only telling me after - when it was irreversible - that he didn’t give answers to questions which weren’t asked. Criminal.
