Excellent service! They updated their systems and now you can do everything from your cell phone. Create your user account, upload your information, upload your purchases, and then connect to the Global Blue Validator WiFi network, click, click, and you're done! Super easy!

I used at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport.
There was no asistant for self machine. There were lots of people and I couldn't tell where to queue.
For the desk counter it says 「Cash」so I thought I only can get cash not to card.
But actually you can choose, that makes me confuse.
