Have been a customer for six years and have kept my account up to date the whole time. On their FAQs it says “if you miss a payment we will contact you”, which they don’t. No reason for payments to fail as there was more than enough to cover them, then they don’t take the following months payment because the previous one hasn’t been paid, so counts as two missed payments.
No emails, no calls, no texts, no letters. Now have a “missed payment” marker on my credit score for the next six years. What a way to treat someone who’s paid you hundreds of pounds over 6 years.

Review of The Pokemon Company International, Inc.
You do a captcha and prove you’re a human, you enter a queue and wait for about 30 minutes, once you get through the queue you add the stuff to your cart, another captcha and then when you try and confirm the transaction with your bank you’re blocked with error 15 (thinks you’re a bot). Eventually get back on, the stock you wanted has sold out, so you add something else, captcha, try to add card details, blocked as a bot.
Report it to their support, they send you a copy and paste message saying “the product is in high demand, we can’t help you”.
Meanwhile someone lists what you want on eBay for 10x the price they just bought it at. Pokemon centre broken, they don’t care, they get their money from bots or scalpers and don’t care whether you’re a real fan/collector or not.

They remove reviews, used to be trustworthy now it’s not. Absolutely a joke.
Do not trust anything you read on there. Remove 1/5 reviews but leave the fake 5/5 ones from people who don’t exist and never worked at places. It seems money got too tempting for them and they gave up on truth and honesty.
Review of Smyths Toys Superstores
Allow bots to buy up all Pokemon products then never restock. Can't filter products by 'in stock' so just get to look at all of the items they don't have and will never get back again, so just taking up space on their site.
Review of Etsy
Used to be a nice place where people could sell their handmade and lovingly made products. Now it’s just a dropshipping platform. You know it’s bad if Temu and AliExpress have higher ratings on Trustpilot. Their customer service is atrocious and seriously don’t care if you have problems, and most of the stuff on there is copyrighted designs being sold without permission, but no function to report it. All in all, went from being good to awful. eBay, whilst also being bad in a lot of ways, isn’t quite as bad.
