I ordered 2 items. First order I received the wrong item. Trying to send anything back is a very frustrating experience. Email responses take forever, you are expected to pay for returns even though the error is there's, the refund amount does not cover your costs. 2nd item I ordered didn't fit which is fine, a simple return should sort that out but no, you pay £11.99 for a return label that you dont even receive!

Please log in to your account using your email address and password on the upper right hand side of our website and select My Orders. Then click on the order, select the reason that best suits the situation and follow the instructions.
Free returns are only offered if an incorrect, defective, incomplete or a different item from what is published on our website has been delivered.
Delivery time was 10 days, the items sadly did not fit so I applied online for a return which was a stressful experience to say the least. 3 days later I received a response from icon and some instructions to send back to Belgium even though they claim to have a UK base. The forms to fill in are complicated and above what you should have to do. Postage instructions followed and sent back via royal mail tracked for £15. Item is currently stuck in Belgium customs asking for a 48 euro tax to be paid even though I went through the proper procedure and filled out all forms Seriously not worth the hassle, I'm over £100 out of pocket now without paying the extra ridiculous customs cost. slow delivery, limited time for returns, email marketing bombardment. I'll let you make your mind up.

Excited to receive my new polar grit x watch only to unbox a second hand item that had scratched sensors on the back, a considerably creased instruction booklet, finger prints on the screen protector and broken seal on the box. Keep up the good work guys! *edit. The response I had from the seller to sort out the problem was in fact very good. Gave a very quick refund and offered to make it right which I was impressed by.

We will certainly be investigating this further as it appears we have either received a less than perfect unit from the manufacturer, or something has gone seriously wrong in our returns process.
