I previously wrote a review that was not very complimentary of the online clothing store Lulu’s. I had sent the item back at the very beginning of December. They were saying that the returned item had not been scanned so it was never returned.
After numerous messages back and forth, I finally got the right person. She expressed her regrets of my frustrating experience I had, and a credit was on my recent statement. I had an improved opinion of Lulu’s. Just wish the return process had been less time consuming.

I returned a coat my mom bought me over…3 weeks ago I hat is really terribly ble

I returned a coat my mom bought me over 3 weeks ago and you aren’t refunding her. I’m embarrassed because it not fair to her. I wanted that coat but I didnt like the way it fit. 1/3/26 got only a store credit. I want a refund for her. She bought me so many things,including a coat to replace the one I didn’t like.
