If I could give this company zero stars, that’s what I would give them. I booked a Shibuya Sky tour with them for my trip to Japan. I paid in advance and it was not cancelable. I could’ve booked it through many other avenues, but since I booked it early with them and was not cancelable, I kept the reservation. At the last minute, they did not have the tour available that they said they had. They tried to rebook me at a later time and on a completely different tour. I do not recommend this company. Stay away and find somebody else. We all work hard to plan our vacations and tour companies like this who throw wrenches in the gears at the last minute make everything miserable. It’s just not worth it.

We chartered a sailboat for a week in the Cyclades through Seeksail. The booking experience was excellent. India was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this company for boat charters.

The absolute worst service ever. I am embarrassed at how my yard looks compared to my neighbors. I called and terminated their service today. I hired another service that knows what they are doing. I regret ever dealing with TruGreen and will never use them again. I should’ve read all the reviews before I started with them.

I wish I had read all of the reviews before I booked tickets with this company. The cost was more than double what I should have paid. I assumed like other vendors that sell these types of tickets that they would have a fee. But, their fees are scandalously exorbitant. If you need to book train tickets in Portugal, stay far away from rail ninja. Just go to the regular CP website or app for Portugal bookings.
