''They omitted to say how many working days and I never received a response. The app itself is just the worst of free stuff on the web-- re posted in their app for a high fee. The positive reviews are obviously fake

I agreed to pay $16 to try the paid version but was charged about AUD 200 instead. I asked for a refund, still waiting.

Seems rules have changed and foreigner's no longer welcome at this exchange. The new KYC rules mean personal interviews with inconvenient travel time to Bangkok and making it unviable to keep the account open.
I tried to get my cash out, but the Google authenticator stops working every few days. After resending new pics of me and my passport four times in a week, anyone could see its a genuine application, only failing due to a faulty set up of there system, they still haven't allowed a second reset of google Authenticator in the past week- to allow me to make a final withdrawal.
