Never received $1313.62 bond back
We were charged a $1313.62 bond at pick up and when we returned the car it was deemed in appropriate condition (as stated by Europcar employees at return center). However, we never received the bond back, we attempted to communicate our issue with them via email and Whatsapp but they made it so difficult and they were very VERY unhelpful. They would tell us to call customer support, even though we live in Australia and the rental happened in Germany, so we incurred ridiculous fees and the people at call center weren't able to help us either. It was never resolved and they were extremely rude!
