Good idea

Love the idea , my opinion is similar to a lot of people, it’s a nice product and is great as it comes with the holder so it sticks to the shower wall which keeps everything neat and tidy , it also makes it cleaner during storage as you don’t have soap on a shelf disintegrating, it’s a great product but there are a couple of things that could make it 5 star , more fragrances of soap ( although I believe they are resolving this ) also if there was an app to manage your subscription it would be much better , I’d also say a standard subscription should be 3 bars instead of 2 as 2 doesn’t get you through a month if you shower daily ( even if it was say £10 a month for the 3 bars ). Overall a great product that could be improved even more with these few tweaks.

Great news, in your account area, we have also launched this weekend the ability for you to add more refill packs to your soapscription. Just like your suggestion, you can actually now add a second refill pack so you get 4 bars for £12 (similar to your £10 for three idea).

The good and the bad

I spent a lot of money on 2 f1 machines , the machines are good but the brew kits are always out of stock , I’ve checked daily for months now and still can’t buy the brew kits , I have also contacted the company about this on 3 occasions and have been given false information each time , the last of these was an email saying kits will be available in the uk on the 12th January which has come and gone and yet again still no kits , the machine is good but don’t expect to buy the brew kits as they never have them , you can unlock the machine to make beer with your own ingredients but this requires a card for each machine at an additional cost on top of the large sum of money already spent on the machines, not great.

Fantastic sofa

Only had the sofa a day but it’s fantastic, really comfy and a massive upgrade on my previous sofa , sales team were also great and answered my questions before I bought the sofa , I was also very impressed with how quick it was delivered from placing my order to delivery was only 2 or 3 days , so far so good 👍🏼😁

Great tracker

This is the third tracker I’ve had , the first two were a different brand/company and were nowhere near as good or accurate as this safe tag one , really happy with it so far and it’s easy to hide in various locations on the car.

Shocking 😳 we went to the chilwell…

Shocking 😳 we went to the chilwell store today and despite asking for help on 4 occasions and the girl on the till putting out a tannoy call to try get someone to help us we stood there for over 30 mins while tbd few staff that were actually there just ignored and walked past us , terrible service, we are about to get a new puppy so wanted to kit the house out , we gave up in the end and went to another pet store and spent £300 in there , we were also going to register the new dog at the in store vet but the lack of service we received from the store changed our minds.
