Not the first journey on Trans Pennine but definitely the last. Yet again I paid for first class and yet again it was dreadful. Service terrible, seats over sold so the carriage was full of people without a seat in standard. The steward said he has no refreshments or wine and then proceeded to sell it to the standard carriage. Joke of a service and not worth the cost AT ALL!

Had my account restricted due to someone trying to hack it. I reported it and expected an email to reset password and restore my account. Etsy seem to think they are MI5 or something. I was asked for so much information it was ridiculous but I sent it. Since then I have had 11 further requests for the same or similar info. Absolutely useless and each email is from someone different so there is no way to speak to the same person or resolve the issue.
I signed up to Bark to find new clients. What a disgrace of a company. Apart from 1 lead, all the others didn’t even read a text let alone reply, I even had scam leads telling me they had a parcel for me. When I asked for a refund they said I could delete my account. I agreed. Then AFTER they had deleted it they told me they don’t refund credits! The whole thing is deeply flawed

Second order from this company and second time I’ve had issues. Item hasn’t arrived. Can’t comment on quality or anything as both times they have failed to deliver. Now have to try and get a refund
