The pros always do a great job with little personal touches throughout. I am so grateful for what they do as I struggle to keep up due to a disability. I recommend Spruce highly and also appreciate the discounts for frequent service.

I called to end my service and the representative told me that it would be better to use their "move" option. Assured me that I would be able to move states and continue my service. It was far far from true. 3 weeks after that phone call, I received a rude and threatening phone call from another representative saying that I had to immediately cancel my service as I was "holding them up with a new customer" and moving would not be allowed. They were horrible but said they cancelled it with no other charges. Another lie. Two months later they are charging me for two months of no service, no equipment, no anything. Refused to respond to complaints, refused to do anything. I tried to cancel and was tricked, threatened, and then scammed out of nearly $200. Please don't use them.

My company gave these as gifts for us for an entire year. Very quickly they earned the the name "PeanutButter Box" from the pet store commercial as everyone got very excited for their arrival. Our internal chats would start announcing "The peanut butter box is here!" when they came and everyone would pick their favorites and discuss on one of our internal meetings. It added something so fun to look forward to every month.
