This company's delivery services are a joke at this point I tried reaching out to the 5 times to ask about my parcel they keep saying they will send it and they never do with weird reasons like 'we could not deliver the parcel' but not really explaining why - if I could give 0 stars I would
This website is a joke the delivery times are ridiculous. I placed a huge order at the end of August '23 and they still have not delivered it, all of the sudden I get an updated email saying the order was returned claiming I did not fill in my address correctly yet one item got delivered.
Contacting customer support is also a big joke you cannot reach anyone.
I know the products look cute on the website but do not waste money on them, they will take ages to deliver with 0 information on where your order is. Save your time and money and use other furniture websites
