Gloves didn't meet expectations. When wearing them on their own I couldn't feel any heat at all in the cold conditions. It was only when I put them inside a snowboarding mitten that the heat became apparent. They were advertised as thin, but with the grips and wiretap they appeared suitable for solo use. There was no mention that they didn't function well on their own.
Company only offered a small discount if I spent more money with them to buy more from them. When I asked for a refund the communication went silent.

Had 2 good purchase experiences but got ripped off on the 3rd. Now I have 3 sets of faulty batteries and communication has stopped after months of promising a resolution. Don’t buy from him!
