Perfect stocking stuffer for winter lovers

I got these for my partner for Christmas, and his face lit up when he tried them on. We live in a snowy area and go hiking a lot—now his hands stay warm the whole time. Honestly, it was one of the few gifts he started using immediately. That says it all.

Best Christmas gift I’ve ever given my dad

My father’s hands are always cold in winter, and this year I wanted to get him something useful. These heated gloves were a hit! He wears them every morning when he goes for his walk, and he keeps thanking me for such a ‘thoughtful and practical’ gift. It really warmed more than just his hands.

Good buy

These gloves are great. I use them for snowboarding, and although I usually get a bit warm, the heating function on the lift is fantastic. In my experience, they're suitable as regular gloves down to about -6 degrees Celsius; below that, the heating function is necessary.

Very great product

I used to love hand warmers when I was hunting, but these gloves have completely changed my routine. Spending hours in the mountains before sunrise in -20°C temperatures would leave my fingers numb. While these gloves struggled to keep my fingers warm at those temperatures, especially after I stopped moving, they did the job and prevented my fingers from getting completely frozen. I'm so grateful for these gloves. Incidentally, the batteries lasted over three hours at -20°C with the heating turned on.

Highly Recommended

I bought a pair of their gloves six months ago, and they have great warmth and long battery life, so I wear them while skiing. Even without turning on the heating, these gloves are very warm. The heat is evenly distributed across all the fingers, including the thumb, which I really love because I’m particularly sensitive to the cold. The only downside is that the size I bought is a bit large, and if I had known, I would have chosen a smaller size. However, I still highly recommend them!

Worth buying.

These gloves have been such a relief for me in the cold. My hands used to be cold while biking in the winter and heated gloves have been the only thing I find that actually works to keep my fingers warm. The heat settings are easy to adjust depending on how chilly it gets, and I really like that I can still use my phone without taking them off. They feel well made, comfortable, and provide just the right amount of warmth without being bulky. It makes being outside in freezing weather so much more enjoyable.

Great heated gloves. I initially thought they were a bit pricey, but after seeing them on sale, I returned two other brands because their heating was at best lukewarm. These gloves are very warm, and the battery life is excellent. They didn’t disappoint – definitely worth it!

Didn't even dispatch my order

The company completely failed to dispatch my order.

I chased them after 12 days and, 6 days later got a reply saying they were having issues because of their sale promotion and Christmas, which they had obviously completely failed to plan for even though it happens every year in December.

They offered to "arrange expedited dispatch as soon as possible" and I accepted this offer.

9 days later they told me there had been "an abnormal issue" with my order, and just gave me a refund - so my wife nver got her Christmas present.

Good Experience

I purchased the SAVIOR HEAT Heated Gloves on a friend's recommendation, and initially, I had some trouble turning them on. The manual said to press the power button, but that didn’t work. After contacting the seller, they advised me to hold the button for 3 seconds — and that solved the issue! These gloves have exceeded my expectations for cold weather, and I’m now planning to take them with me for a snow mountain climb!

A few months later, the charger stopped working, but the seller’s customer service was excellent. They quickly replaced the charger and even sent an extra pair of batteries. Everything is working great now, and the gloves are fantastic!

Finally Found the Perfect Heated Gloves

I recently got the SAVIOR HEAT Heated Gloves, and I’m honestly blown away by how well they perform. From the moment I put them on, I could feel the quality. They’re warm and cozy, with a really solid feel to them, and they keep my hands nice and dry thanks to the waterproof layer. The heat spreads evenly over my whole hand, including the fingers, which is a huge plus compared to other heated gloves I’ve tried before. The temperature settings are super easy to adjust, so I can always find the perfect warmth, and the battery lasts quite a while – definitely a whole day’s worth of use. I also love the touchscreen feature – I can use my phone without taking the gloves off. I did have a minor issue with one of the batteries, but SAVIOR HEAT’s customer service was amazing – they got back to me fast and sorted it out right away. If you're looking for high-quality heated gloves for anything from skiing to just walking your dog in the winter, these are definitely worth it. I’m so happy with my purchase, and it’s clear that this company cares about its customers.

motorcycle use

Purchased battery powered gloves for motorcycle riding. In comparison to wired gloves like Gerbing brand, heat is much lower. For the money, these are ok, keep fingers from being overly cold---feel more like room temperature when riding in weather below 40 degrees F, barely warm enough at below freezing ambient riding. Too new for durability report.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We truly appreciate your honest comparison and your experience using our battery-powered heated gloves for motorcycle riding.

You are absolutely right that battery-powered heated gloves generally provide a different heating experience compared to wired systems like Gerbing, which draw continuous power directly from the motorcycle. Our gloves are designed to prioritize mobility, convenience, and freedom from wires, while still offering meaningful warmth to help prevent fingers from becoming painfully cold in low temperatures.

As you mentioned, in riding conditions below 40°F, the gloves are intended to keep hands closer to a comfortable, protected temperature rather than delivering intense heat, especially in below-freezing conditions at highway speeds where wind chill can be extreme. This is partly intentional — excessive heating, especially in enclosed gear, could potentially lead to discomfort, overheating, or even low-temperature burns with prolonged use. For safety and comfort, our gloves are equipped with temperature-regulating features to avoid those risks while still keeping you warm enough for most riding conditions.

We appreciate you acknowledging that the gloves help reduce excessive cold, even if they may not fully match the heat output of wired alternatives.

Regarding durability, we completely understand your caution and hope the gloves continue to perform well for you over time. If you ever have questions about optimizing warmth (such as heat settings, liners, or fit) or if any issues arise, our customer service team would be happy to assist.

Thank you again for your balanced and thoughtful review—it helps both us and future riders make informed decisions. We truly value your feedback.

Useless company

Useless company. I wish I had found these reviews first. It's a Chinese company fronted as American (prices in $ etc). Their sizing chart is way off. I erred on the side of a tight fit and they're still too large, I've attempted to exchange them and I even took out the Seel protection (pointless as it covers nothing) for a worry-free purchase. I've emailed about 10 times and gotten broken responses very, very slowly. They are all but unreachable. I'll be making a Paypal claim it seems as the company is intent on ignoring it's customers. Don't listen to the Youtube reviews, they're paid positives.

Hello,

We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Regarding sizing, we’d like to clarify that some glove models are intentionally designed for specific use scenarios (such as outdoor work, motorcycling, or layering), which can result in a roomier fit by design. This is why we always recommend reviewing the detailed product description and usage notes, or contacting our service team in advance so we can help recommend the most suitable model and size.

Concerning response time, we sincerely apologize for the delay. Due to a recent peak season with a significantly increased volume of inquiries, our customer service response time has been longer than usual. Please be assured that emails are not being ignored—they are being handled in sequence and as quickly as possible by our support team.

We would also like to clarify that:

We are a global brand with manufacturing facilities in Asia and warehouses in multiple regions.

Product pricing may be displayed in different currencies for customer convenience.

We do not fabricate or pay for fake reviews. Feedback from creators and customers reflects their own experience with the product.

We understand that this situation has been disappointing, and we regret that it has affected your trust. If you are still willing, our support team remains available to assist you further based on the original order and product details.

Thank you for your feedback—it helps us continue improving our service.

Kind regards,

We're truly sorry to hear about your recent experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Please accept our sincere apologies for any frustration this situation has caused.

Regarding the sizing issue — as it is not a product defect but rather a fit-related concern — one of the solutions we offered was to send you a new pair of gloves free of charge, without requiring you to return the original pair. This way, you would receive two pairs (the original and the new size), and it helps avoid long shipping delays caused by international returns.

However, as per our policy, in such cases, we kindly ask customers to cover the shipping cost for the replacement, since the initial gloves were shipped correctly based on the order. We understand international shipping can be costly, and we're always working to improve this experience for our customers.

That said, we also offered alternative solutions, including return and full refund, so you are not left with a product you can't use. We're very sorry if any part of our communication was unclear — we are always working to improve our service and language support to better assist all of our customers worldwide.

We genuinely regret that you feel disappointed and hope you'll reconsider your impression of our company. If there is anything else we can do to resolve this to your satisfaction, we are here to help.

Kind regards,
The SAVIOR HEAT Customer Care Team
