Had a really good experience! The platform initially looks like a chatbot but it's actual people checking your submissions and documents. I had a delay with my agency reference and Goodloord promptly called me the next working day and helped by giving me some options which let me sort it out quickly. Spoke to Ben who was really helpful!

If there are any issues with your event, this company will do all they can to protect the event organiser at the expense of the consumer.

They also charge a very high service fee.

My event has been rescheduled by the organiser due to a ridiculous reason, and despite my consecutive escalations, they would not offer me a refund.

Very unhappy, I lost £66 to them.

They have a lovely email manner and respond quickly, but that's where any positives end.
