Shop Early

Placed an order on December 3; It is January 6 and I still do not have the merchandise, which was supposed to be Christmas gifts. The tracking information they sent worked some days but not others; I had to continuously email them to check tracking. I give one star because a subsequent order I placed on Dec 7 has arrived (albeit after Christmas) and the quality of the pajama pants was quite good.

Nightmare trying to get holiday cards on time

I placed an initial order for holiday cards on Nov. 28. I had two cards in my order, totaling 45 cards. When the order arrived I got 45 of the same card. I called them and they said they would send the quantity of the other card I had ordered. When that arrived, it was still the wrong one, even though I specifically told them it was the one with 5 photos on the back. I subsequently placed another order and it was lost. They are reprinting and sending that express. I gave then 2 stars because they did refund a good portion of what I had spent. However, I will be using a different company next year.
