Wouldnt bother ordering from this…

Wouldnt bother ordering from this company, got a text with a delivery date, that came and went with no delivery, then got a text a week later saying it was going to be delivered on the 9th of February, that also came and went with no delivery.
Ive rang customer services for the past 3 days which is shockingly bad as they all just back with the same scripted apology saying it’s on schedule to be delivered tomorrow, which is all I’ve heard for 3 days now.
Don’t understand why it’s so difficult to find a decent heating oil company these days.

DO NOT order from these.
I placed an order on the 7th of January and got an update on the 8th saying they had found a supplier, then I had no more updates, the suppose delivery date came and went so I emailed to find out what was happening, took 3 days for a response to be told they are having difficulties delivering and they don’t have any idea when I’d get the oil.
I’ve asked for a refund and got no response.

Had an issue with delivery was on the…

Had an issue with delivery was on the phone to DPD for ages trying to find out where my parcel had been sent to. With no luck I rang vape club to ask for assistance.
Got straight through to a lovely gentleman who sorted it out with minutes.
Don’t recommend DPD but definitely recommend vape club for the excellent customer services.
Vape club do give different delivery options so will definitely be shopping with them again just not with the same delivery option I used.

Made an order on the 18th and they have…

Made an order on the 18th and they have used evri as the delivery company, needless to say it hasn’t arrived, I’ve contacted both companies and neither are helpful.

Dear hamza

I already spoke to a very unhelpful customer service representative.
The response I got was it’s being returned to us and you’ll have to wait until we receive it before waiting 10days for a refund.

The parcel went from you to evri sat with them for a week for them to finally update saying it was being returned to sender. (This can take up to 7 more days) plus the other 10days for the refund. 🤗 thanks 👍🏻

Found a big spider crawling around in the food bag and over the food, freaked out and threw the bag on the floor and stomped all over it until it was un-alive. Spoke to just eat costumer services who asked me for evidence, which I happily supplied for them to tell me to leave a review.. so here we are 🤷🏻‍♀️

I ordered the starter kit for my daughters birthday and it’s arrived today with items missing, no lip balms and no cup.
Contacting someone is done with an email form only so got a feeling this might take awhile to resolve.

Thank you for your quick response, it looks like I received the refill rather than the starter kit.
I have amended my review.

DO NOT ORDER from this company

DO NOT ORDER from this company, they are nothing but thieves and liars.
Holding on to everyone’s money for the interest.
I returned some items on the 24th of March and I am still waiting for a refund.
Keep getting different response when contacting customer service, each time it’s a different reason why I haven’t had the refund yet.
I will NEVER shop with boohoo again.

To the boohoo reply: I wouldn’t have needed to raise a dispute with my bank if you’d put the refund back in my account within your policy time frame.
Bore off with your crappy responses, I mean do you not think people have tried contacting customer support to try ‘resolve’ the refund issue, I had nothing but different excuses,
my last resort was a dispute with the bank probably a lot like everyone else complaining about your inadequate company.

You’ve clearly upset a lot of other customers with your refund nonsense, good luck keeping your business afloat after all the people you’ve messed about.

Thank you for your review.
I've checked this order and can see a bank dispute was raised for the transaction, for a balance greater than what is owed.

When a dispute is opened, the funds under the transaction are put on hold and this prevents all refunds from being fully processed until a review of the claim has been made by our Finance Team. This is the reason banks directly advise customers to contact retailers for a final resolution before opening a dispute as it can ultimately delay a refund from being received.

As there is a chargeback for the order, the refund will need to be processed through the dispute and this will be done within the new agreed timeframe that was set out when the dispute was opened.

Same issue as everyone else regarding…

Same issue as everyone else regarding refunds, I sent items back on the 24th of March it’s now may the 1st and still haven’t received the refund.
Ridiculous process and customer services are just as ridiculous.
Plus they take £2 off the refund for some stupid reason.
Won’t be shopping with them again.

Great site and fast delivery

Ordered twice now with supereight and both times the delivery has been quick and hassle free.
One of the items I ordered had a factory fault, I rang customer services and got straight through to a very helpful gent named Joe, my issue was resolved quickly and the customer service received was excellent.
Will be ordering plenty more from this site in the future.
