I made a purchase in the Ashford store…

I made a purchase in the Ashford store and accepted an e-receipt, and have been spammed with unwanted marketing comms every day since. Have to unsubscribe to every single one as they have so many different strands and it's tiresome to try and find a master opt out. Not sure data should be used this way without tacit permission. Shame, because the shoes are nice ...

Absolute Nightmare Company

This company is a nightmare - now received 4 packages to my address all to different recipients who don’t live here. I have never created an account with them or ordered anything. I have contacted their customer service each time with photos of the packages and each time they claim to have removed my address from their system and acknowledge that I don’t have an account. Shortly followed by a new delivery to a new name. How on earth do I make them go away, I do not wish to be spammed with ugly pants 🙇‍♀️
