Their refund policy is non-existent. Their customer service is also non-existent. I requested a cancellation and refund. Jimdo response was, "We have reviewed your request and would like to inform you that we are unable to comply with your revocation request, as there is no statutory right of withdrawal for consumers provided for in your country". In short, we cannot provide a refund. I think it worth to note that you are better off purchasing from a reputable web hosting. Jimdo may be cheap, but the aggregation and inconvenience is not worth your time and effort. A word of caution ~ STAY AWAY FROM JIMDO.
Based on your response below, it means you have no right or license to do business in the United States. Your business ads are deceptive,a sham and fraud! Consumers beware!

Thank you for your feedback. I apologise if there has been a misunderstanding regarding the terms of the contract.
It may be that the cancellation period had already expired, does not apply in your location (e.g. the USA), or that the contract was concluded by a business (not a consumer). Of course, I cannot determine whether any of this applies in your case, but our support team will be happy to check this for you upon request.
