Saying this after being a customer for over 9 years. Worst experience ever!

From my years of efforts and pre approvals I reached a credit limit of $23,000 which they reduced over night to $500 even when I have a spotless credit history. That ruined my score because of utilisation ratio, especially when I was planning to apply for mortgage.

If this is how a 9 years old customer treated by BMO, I would say there are better banks you can deal with.

Do not choose Scotiabank. Humble request!

Worst, rudest and most irresponsible customer service ever I experienced. At 4:00 AM I called for a simple request they kept transferring me across departments and the last person who received my call just dropped it.

I train people in customer service so I exactly know how calls are dropped.
