Paid delivery left in the middle of the street
I have no issues with the shower I purchased from Silvan, but the delivery was completely unacceptable. I paid for the delivery service, and even though I was at home at the time, the driver left the pallet with the shower in the middle of the street — not even on the sidewalk, but right on the road. This was dangerous and irresponsible. I expect better service, especially for something I paid extra!

We apologise for any challenges with the delivery of this order from our supplier.
However, please note the following when choosing the delivery address:
"Order items directly from external supplier: We are unable to provide an exact delivery time as the product is shipped directly from the supplier. The physical conditions at the delivery location must be in order for the driver to deliver the product. It is up to the driver to determine whether the surface is sufficiently stable and suitable for delivery. The driver does not have the possibility to carry into apartments. This is the customer's responsibility. Deliveries are generally made on weekdays between 08:00-16:00."
