Looking to leave Mint

I have asked at least 5 times to stop getting another customer's emails. I have zero faith that my data is protected, as I continue to get Julie's emails from you. I DON'T KNOW WHO JULIE IS. Your app also doesn't explain what the charges are for, so someone who has more than 1 line, we can't see our total charges for our family plan. Seriously, just because your plans are cheap doesn't mean your customer service and tech should be. Currently looking for another provider.

My email was used for another person's…

My email was used for another person's account on the same day I signed up over the phone. When I received the email for a person I didn't know, I called Mint. I worked my way through 3 people who told me that they could not remove MY email from this other person's account and I had to call Google to secure my account. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be switching and will be telling everyone I know not to do business with this company.

Our customers set up their accounts themselves not us, so if there was an issue with the email address, it may have been due to a typo in someone else's email. Many emails are very similar, and even one mistake can lead to it being someone else's email. We recommend reaching out to us again. While we are unable to change a customer's email address directly, we can send messages to the customer to prompt them to update their email. We hope you understand that mistakes can happen, but there is a solution available. Thank you for your understanding.
