Looking to leave Mint
I have asked at least 5 times to stop getting another customer's emails. I have zero faith that my data is protected, as I continue to get Julie's emails from you. I DON'T KNOW WHO JULIE IS. Your app also doesn't explain what the charges are for, so someone who has more than 1 line, we can't see our total charges for our family plan. Seriously, just because your plans are cheap doesn't mean your customer service and tech should be. Currently looking for another provider.
