Awful customer service
Awful customer service.
No reply to the ‘help form’ from the 12th of December.
I placed an order for 3 personalised items on the 8th Dec, they arrived in a huge box with no packaging so they had all been banging against each other during transit and obviously got damaged and scratched and chipped.
I filled in the Help form. I sent an email and I also contacted them on social media and I have since received 1 reply saying they would ‘raise a ticket’
All I asked for was my expectations to be managed and to be informed whether these were going to be delivered before Christmas as they were intended to be Christmas presents.
I have had no reply no confirmation no additional information just damaged goods well over £100. Which cannot be gifted because they look atrocious.
In comparison, Yeti customer services have been phenomenal, I contacted them this morning inquiry and received an answer almost immediately.
