100% recomendable

Excelente experiencia en hotel Hesperia Barri Gotic Barcelona.
Desde el primer momento, la atención del personal fue destacable, siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Ante cualquier inconveniente, mostraron una gran capacidad para resolver problemas de manera rápida y eficaz, lo que realmente marca la diferencia.

El hotel cuenta con muy buenos amenities y espacios cómodos, pensados para el descanso. La ubicación es muy conveniente, cercana a puntos clave y a la vez tranquila, lo que permite descansar sin ruidos. Las habitaciones son confortables y silenciosas, ideales para relajarse después de un día intenso.
Además pet friendly
Sin duda, un hotel recomendable, volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Falta de educación del jefe de tienda

Soy de Touolouse y tuve que ir a la tienda de gran vía a dejar una cartera al servicio de diagnóstico y reparación. Cuando presenté el problema en el call centre me dijeron que no podía enviar o a reparar sino que debía dejarlo personalmente pero me lo podían enviar de regreso. La persona que nos atendió muy amablemente nos recibió la cartera pero al jefe de tienda le faltan modales. No saludo y me dio una respuesta insatisfactoria. Como estaba con la familia preferi no decir nada pero ahora me todo el tiempo de recalacar que si bien me entregaron una información incorrecta en el callcenter la forma de tratar de un jefe de tienda debería ser conciliadora. No me dieron ganas de comprar por lo que crucé y me fui a hermes. Ahora que entro a poner el comentario entiendo porque tienen tan mala calificación

Review of Dormio Resorts & Hotels

Very negative experience – Not recommended

We stayed at this resort in a villa (Maastricht Dormio) during the second half of July, and unfortunately, we were victims of a robbery. The resort manager (Bratt) not only refused to take any responsibility but even tried to blame us.

When we filed a report with the police, we were told that thefts at this property are frequent. Only then, upon closer inspection, did we realize that there is no perimeter or effective security system protecting the property. Access is practically open to anyone, leaving both guests and their belongings completely exposed.

The resort’s response was that there is a note on their website stating that guests are responsible for their valuables. But if theft is a known and recurring issue, the proper response is to take real, physical security measures, not just leave a small note online that most people won’t see.

We find it absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional for a resort of this category to operate in such a way, disregarding the safety of its guests. We do not recommend it under any circumstances.

We regret to hear about your experience and fully understand how upsetting this must have been.

Please allow us to clarify a few points. Our resort does have security personnel patrolling the premises regularly. However, given the size and open layout of the park, it is unfortunately not possible to monitor every area at all times. That is precisely why we explicitly advise all guests not to leave valuables unattended outside, but to store them safely inside the accommodation.

As also advised by our reception team, in the unfortunate event of theft, we strongly recommend filing a police report and contacting your travel insurance provider, who can assist you further with possible compensation.

While we sympathize with the situation, we cannot take responsibility for the loss of items left outside, as is clearly stated in our guest policy.

We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve communication around guest safety and awareness.

Tasty Meals and Late Service, Perfect for Work or Family

Although the service is very slow, we still like this place because the food is good, the staff is really very friendly (at least at the restaurant in Toulouse-blagmac), and they serve until late both at lunchtime and in the evening, which is very convenient. It’s a good place to go either for work or with family. +pet friendly

Review of Le Boat

Complete Chaos + 6 breakdowns in 3 days.

Although the staff tries to be very friendly, they are clearly overwhelmed and lack the capacity to handle the demand. There are too few people working for the number of customers waiting — it’s complete chaos.

We were given a specific time to receive our boat, but it wasn’t ready. It was finally delivered three hours later than agreed. This is simply unacceptable for a service of this nature.

If you’re considering booking with Le Boat, I strongly recommend taking precautions and not planning to depart before 7:00 PM, no matter what time they say check-in is. Unfortunately, our initial experience was extremely frustrating.
That was the extent of the experience that day. That same night, we were left with a breakdown: no electrical system, no refrigerator. So the next day we had our first visit from the technician. Later, we had another breakdown, this time in one of the bathrooms. When the technician arrived, the second bathroom was also out of order. The technician managed to repair it. However, a strange smell still remained. On the third day, we had an engine breakdown. And in the afternoon, the heater also failed, shutting off every time we tried to start it. Unfortunately, these were days of rain and cold. Once the heater was repaired, what really pushed things over the edge was a problem with the black water tank. The pump had been installed incorrectly, causing complete chaos on board. We filed the corresponding complaints. We had to abandon the trip halfway through. They told us they would refund the money for the unused days. However, that has not happened, and we were informed that we must wait 28 days to receive a response. We are waiting. We hope the outcome will be favorable. I still have faith in them, despite everything we went through and the clear lack of maintenance on the boats. I hope they know how to respond appropriately.

Overcharged

Be careful at this hotel (Laudinella St Moritz); they overcharge you on the bill. They don’t print the details so you won’t notice. I had to complain to get the incorrect charges removed. Management was informed, but they did nothing. Stay away—plus, the rooms are old.
