I still haven’t received my order

I still haven’t received my order. I ordered on 4/6 — SF2024349122. It is now 4/20 and my package is nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, Sunfere chooses to partner with Yun Express, a carrier that decided to attempt delivery at 2:53 AM this morning. SEVEN MINUTES TILL THREE O’CLOCK ON A SUNDAY MORNING. What sense does that make? And to not even tell me what local carrier the package was transferred to or where I can pick it up? And that’s IF I can even retrieve it from a local carrier. Now I don’t know where my order is or if I’ll ever receive it. Yun Express is not reattempting delivery and I’ve gotten no response from Sunfere yet.

Regarding the delivery timing:

The failed delivery attempt occurred on April 19, 2025 at 8:23 AM
The system received this update on April 20 at 2:53 AM (a system notification, not an actual Sunday delivery attempt)
We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused. While we always notify customers promptly of reshipment updates, Sunday notifications (our rest days) delayed our response.

Please understand that weekend emails experience delays as our team is offline. Rest assured, our team is already addressing this and prioritizes logistics issues every Monday.
