Absolute scammers. I had given my assistant access to upload files while I was on the $199 plan, and at that time, my assistant was able to log in and upload everything. We reached the storage limit, so I upgraded to get more space — paid even more — but then suddenly I found out that if I want to have team members, I need to pay an extra €460!

Why wasn’t this clearly stated in the first plan? How is it possible that my assistant could access the account on the cheaper plan, but after upgrading, now I need to pay hundreds more just to allow the same access?

This is a total scam and a terrible experience.

I deeply regret spending thousands of dollars on this piece of junk, and I’m convinced all the positive reviews are paid for, because this system is HELL! It’s so poorly designed — even after going through countless settings, family members still can’t log in. The admin panel shows a user is added, but they can’t access anything.

It’s made in such a way that you’re forced to use an entirely separate app just to confirm your identity and log in — and even that process is far from easy and often doesn’t work. This device is total garbage, and I don’t understand how so many people are buying it — I fell for it because of what were probably sponsored YouTube videos.

Overall, it’s an easy site to use, but also very basic. We’ve been using it for over 5 years because we haven’t had the time or inclination to switch, but we don’t like the fact that there have been no improvements during this entire period. The themes are quite ugly, and there are only a few types – they really need to invest in nicer themes. The ones that are available don’t display categories well, leaving customers wondering: “WTF – where are the categories? Where’s my profile?”

Another major drawback is that they only use Stripe and PayPal. We’ve probably written to them 3–4 times asking for additional payment systems and other options, but nothing has changed. If someone wants a site with just a few digital files and has never had one before, this is the perfect solution. But if your site has many products, your customers will be shocked by these designs.

Their customer support is good and responds quickly, which is a big plus.
