On time, but not a great experience
The train arrived in a Euston on time, but aspects of the service provided were below the usual standard. On boarding, it was clear that the flow of water to the compartment sink was practically zero.
We used bottled water for teeth cleaning, so managed. However, when one of us tried to visit the toilet during the night, it was 'out of order'. And the toilets in the next two carriages were also marked in the same way. It would have been far more useful to indicate where the nearest working toilet was to be found. A vey dissappointing level of service.
