Sadly the company offers all these deals but the jewelry is basically one time use. It falls apart - Customer service wrote back offering a replacement of my piece for 9.99 that is basically what I paid for it. Bottom line you get what you pay for and all of these companies out of China are a big wast of money.

Despite this, our customer service team went beyond our standard policy by offering you a free replacement, where you only had to cover a small shipping fee. You chose not to proceed with this option, and we respect your decision.
Furthermore, we are a US company and respectfully disagree with the characterization of our jewelry as a “one-time use.” Thousands of customers continue to wear and enjoy our pieces daily. When issues are reported within 30 days after receiving an order, products are covered under our 30-day worry-free guarantee. In which any defective product is replaced completely for free at no additional cost. We even cover the shipping fee, so the customer pays nothing out of pocket.
