Helpful With Issues
They've been very helpful with me as I use my weird art and strange prompts to try to generate videos. When something goes wrong (as in a video doesn't generate any movement to the image), I contact them, and they get back to me within a few days. They even offer to restore some credits, which is fantastic. Overall, I'm finding Pollo much better than Runway (although to be fair, the last time I used Runway was 6 months ago - a lot changes in AI in 6 months)
