Do not use Spruce!!
My apartment was not cleaned properly for a move out clean. Light switch plates were dirty, walls were not attempted to be wiped, base boards were supposed to be (scrubbed as the employee marked) and the dust was not even wiped off, vents were not wiped, and the storage under the stove was not even wiped out. All items were marked as completed by the employee cleaning this unit. This is unacceptable on any level. I will be asking for a refund from Spruce.
