Wish I Never Booked

Wish I would’ve actually considered these reviews before rebooking. Especially after experiencing consistent subpar cleanings. I figured I only have a one bedroom apartment, which I keep fairly cleaned, so it couldn’t be that bad. What’s worse is the fact that they refuse to offer an honorable solution to customers given their horrible ratings- horrible customer service. They didn’t even offer me an apology for a barely cleaning my bathroom. And I’m so serious, they actually did not clean the bathroom- didn’t sweep or mop the floors, didn’t clean the shower, didn’t wipe down countertops. Offered no solution. They instead emailed me saying they would relay the message back internally and work on improving. At least you all were offered a $25 credit. This is a SCAM. Do not book with Spruce.
