Avoid at all costs
Please trust the negative reviews of this company - they are 100% accurate. I tried to ignore them and went with it anyway because a friend had an OK experience but I was wrong!
I’ve waited over a month for a bed to arrive, lots of automated emails with apologies and platitudes (which I don’t believe to be personal to this situation).
Still waiting for despatch confirmation despite being assured it’s coming ‘any day now’. Really poor service from start to finish and I’m still yet to receive my item. They are very very quick to take your money though!! I wish I’d trusted my gut and gone elsewhere.
