I've been trying to contact the company for over five days, but my delivery hasn't been updated. I placed the order for a ceremony a month in advance, and there's only one day left until the celebration, and the product I ordered hasn't arrived. They don't answer emails or phone calls. I will request a refund since I won't be able to use the product for the celebration.
