Redemption issues from multiple EU countries
We went to two EU countries. Airport kiosks allowed for quick returns of items were listed for the final country; however none of the items from the first EU country were available selection in automated kiosk. Those required a physical stamp by a Global Blue agent. The hours for the agents began at 8 AM; this doesn’t allow support for anyone who has early flight. We don’t receive redemption for any of those items from the first country.
