ZERO STARS
If I could rate zero stars, I would. This company is horrible. I have used them 3 times and each time was progressively worse. The cleaning I was supposed to have today was canceled because they claimed to not know that I have dogs even though they have been here twice before. The cleaner who showed up today also smelled like weed and yet, I'm being charged a cancelation fee because she didn't want dog hair in her vacuum. When I offered her my pet vacuum, she still refused. I message the company to complain about this and for them to process my refund. They initially said OK minus the cancelation fee. When I told them this was not acceptable given that they have cleaned my apartment before in the same condition with no issues. Suddenly they could no longer issue a refund. My recommendation is to never use this company. Honestly, ZERO STARS.

While we take pride in delivering quality service and are confident in what we do, your home was unfortunately not ready for service at the time of the visit, which led to the cleaning being canceled after the initial walkthrough. Our cleaning professionals are expected to assess each home prior to starting to ensure they can complete the service to our standards and within the scope outlined in our service policies.
